The
Howard Johnson's Restaurant attached to the 7-story Motor Lodge
was long a popular spot for ASU students! It featured a centrally
mounted spire cupola with its building in an architectural plan
that was derived from the A-frame style of the Concept '65 design
but its particular layout was found almost exclusively in the
Southwestern states. |
