Although
the property had given up its Howard Johnson name, it has gained
much from being converted. Maintaining its viability, Connor Hochleutner
said that he was told that the whole place is scheduled for a
major renovation once again. The downside of course is that with
each subsequent redo more HoJo-ness is lost. |

Above:
Reminiscent of HoJo's past, the converted to HIE
featured oversized padded headboards and almost
a pamper panel! Note that Wyndham, HJ's current
owner, strictly forbids padded headboards and
most any other references to what made HoJo's
special. |

Right
& Above: Incredibly the former HoJo's
guest rooms retained not just their second vanities
but also the double shower heads! Furthermore,
Connor noted that the property's owners had done
a nice job of replacing the counters. |
