This high-rise HoJo's, unlike the Denver-Airport location received little publicity when it opened in 1974. Featuring an exaggerated and non-standard Mansard Lobby and Restaurant, it lost the Howard Johnson's name in 1977!

This Denver Motor Lodge/Restaurant complex was the second to be designated "Denver-North." When this one opened the original Denver-North became Denver-West.
