Coral Gables, Florida -- 1430 Dixie Highway
 
A deluxe yet classic style Motor Lodge complex, Coral Gables opened in about 1966. It featured 80 guest rooms on a corner parcel of real estate conveniently located across from the University of Miami. The Lodge retained the Howard Johnson name until the middle 1990s.
