Lodges/Restaurant complexes, the exterior view above depicts Ocala-North.
It was a typical facility sited immediately along I-75, and offered
63 guest rooms The classic complex opened in 1965.

Having
lost the Howard Johnson name in 1993, the Motor Lodge was
subsequently converted into a heavily stuccoed Days Inn.
Note
that there is a "fake" Howard Johnson behind Ocala
North that is of inferior design that was converted during
the Cendant era. |
