Serving both the 1950s
era Motor Lodge and the later one built in 1971, the Restaurant
survived many years. It was built where Lake Worth Road and A1A
intersect--right at the foot of the Lake Worth bridge. It
was an incredible location for its visibility and access! By
the time of my 2004 visit the place was vacant, and its interior
had been stripped of the original HJ layout. |
