Food Supervisor Edna Baker, Laura Chandler, Geraldine Wise, Robin Ayers, Paula Stanton, Shirley Goolsby, Vivian Taylor, Willie Jones, Dining Room Supervisor Tina Thornton, Charles Barnett, Hostess Louise Bynum, Dining Room Supervisor Ida Warren, Mitchell Jackson, Joan Thomas, Dorothy Church, Grace Waldrop, Jean Johnson, Food Supervisor Dorothy Hill and Manager Joseph Flynt.

The Restaurant lost its place in the Orange Roofed empire in the early 1980s, but was handsomely converted into a Mexican themed eatery by the early 2000s. More recently it operated as Sr.Sol Mexican Restaurant 2.
