With
the former Motor Lodge having been converted into apartments,
at least the general room shapes remained recognizable. By the
end of the 2010s, the two-story guest building was demolished
and only the three single story buildings along with the Ranch-style
Gate Lodge remained. |

Apparently in the process of being demolished or partially refurbished,
the former Folkston Motel was located to the north of the Howard
Johnson's complex.

On the HoJo's south side, an Ace Hardware was built on the site
of what had been the Charlton Motel. |
