Located on the north side of what had been the HoJo's and built in a different design, it is possible that this became a section of the Motor Lodge. But by the 2020s it had become the considerably remodeled Deluxe Inn.

The office in its Mt. Vernon style developed a porch and lost its cupola along the way. However note the Howard Johnson's era "registration" letters!
