 Jacksonville, Illinois
1904 West Morton

Opened at about the same time as the Kirkwood, Missouri (demolished) location, Jacksonville shared a similar floor plan. However it remained less altered over the years. Additionally it featured a 'lower' profile cupola than Kirkwood and it did not have a clock in its base.
