Believed to have opened
in 1954, this classic Nims-type Restaurant was owned by Harold
Perkins. |

Ever mindful of
marketing, Restaurants featured displays of logo food items at
the cash register and around the Dairy Bar. Additionally the
items were placed to be highly visible to patrons as they entered
the building and were greeted by Simple Simon and the Pieman
inset in terrazzo. |

Spotlessly clean
the Restaurant was awaiting its first diners when these professional
promotional photographs were taken. Note the prim little illuminated
lamps at each table. |

Overflow dining
was appropriately in "The Lincoln Room." While the
striped floor was carried into the room, less expensive flooring
material was utilized. |
