Southfield's Restaurant
was opened in 1959 or 1960 several years prior to the Motor Lodge,
which was first listed in HoJo's 1966 directory.
The Motor Lodge was long
ago razed, but the Restaurant, with is prime high visibility
location lives on in remodeled form specializing in hot dog sales.
Unfortunately my efforts to document this former HoJo's failed
as I failed to properly load film into my camera!
