Princeton, New Jersey
AKA Trenton or Lawrenceville

 -- 2291 Brunswick Pike

Listed in directories as early as 1961, the Trenton complex likely opened during 1962 and its Motor Lodge continued to carry the Howard Johnson name and an Orange Roofed A-frame Gate Lodge into the 2010s!

The Motor Lodge may have been owned or at least managed by Prime Motor Inns until at least the beginning of the 1990s.  Stuccoed several times over, the property also included a newer guest wing which featured abbreviated balconies/patios.

Left: "Rounded Edge" type Howard Johnson street sign dating from about 1985 showing the post 1996 Howard Johnson image.
