Opened in 1977,
the Bellport stand-alone Mansard HoJo's Restaurant was closed
by 1982. By 2005 the property had been converted into the Royal
Oak Diner. Mr. Russo reported that the interior had been remodeled
with all dark oak, but you could still get a feel of the original
Howard Johnson's layout with the dining room on the left and
counter to the right. |
