A Nims-type stand alone Restaurant, Geddes opened in the late 1960s.

The HoJo's may have been converted into a Ground Round in the 1970s based on modifications to the building's exterior. After that it became Tully's Good Times which is a local chain that was begun in 1991.

Note the Freezer Hatch which was once used for rapid deliveries of frozen foods by Howard Johnson's fleet of Commissary Express Trucks.
