Opened in the 1950s near Cleveland's airport, The Parkbrook was a motel of 100 rooms with un-metered televisions. As an added bonus The Parkbrook boasted the convenience of its adjacent Howard Johnson's Restaurant.

 By 2004 there was not much inside the Restaurant to remind patrons that it had been a Howard Johnson's, and the food at Brook's Family Restaurant was mediocre at best.
