Lancaster, Pennsylvania
 -- 2100 Lincoln Way East

Opened in 1966, the Lancaster complex was a classic Motor Lodge and Restaurant combination. Sited on the east side of Lancaster to especially capitalize on the tourist trade created by area attractions and the scenic Pennsylvania Dutch Country, the facility was built where U.S. 30 split to bypass the town--a perfect place for a HoJo's!

While the Restaurant had lost its Orange during the middle 1980s, the 112 room Motor Lodge remarkably remained a Howard Johnson complete with its signature Orange Roofed A-frame Gate Lodge!
