Located on the edge of a now grittier section in the Providence area, this somewhat small Restaurant opened in about 1956.

The former Restaurant was the Cactus Grille in 2005 and operated by Jason and Beth Brown. Prior to its conversion into a Southwest eatery it had been the Ocean Express Seafood Restaurant.
