The entrance arch was
added in the early 1990's while the restaurant was still a Howard
Johnson's (closed in mid-1990's). FAI introduced the arch in
March, 1990 when it renovated the Canton, Mass. location (now
a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins). As far as I know the arch motif
was only used at a handful of restaurants including: Burlington,
Canton, Lexington-North, Blvd of the Allies, and St. Pete Beach. |
