Garden of the Gods

This classic HoJo's complex opened in late 1968 with an architectural twist that was similar to only a couple of other Motor Lodges! Its guest room buildings featured mansards covered with shakes, and apparently the second or top floor rooms did not feature cathedral ceilings.

Placed in a picturesque setting, the complex's lucky patrons had views of the mountains, and were near The Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, NORAD, the Air Force Academy and other attractions.
