Tendersweat Fried Clams®

Finally having ended the Restaurant's ownership dispute, proprietors Kristina and Nicholas Bakes vowed to maintain old HoJo's favorites while adding many new items to their revamped menu.

The Waterbury Restaurant is one of the last places you can find fried clams the HoJo's way!

Before Donald Christie sold the Restaurant in the late 1990s, he remodeled it. While it is not in original condition and there are only a few hints of its original decor, the Restaurant is in the best condition of the last five that remain.
