Since the Restaurant
had been owned by Marriott, it had had some capital improvements
in the late 1980s. While many of the Landmark Supply fixtures
remained, decor was updated into a light tropical theme. Unfortunately
once FAI assumed ownership no additional improvements were made,
for FAI's role was to bleed whatever value was left out of the
Restaurants.
