When the Vero Beach Motor Lodge opened, the property only offered about 50 guest rooms. Later a wing was added behind the Restaurant increasing the total to about 80. Then in the middle 1990s, the Restaurant and room section behind it were sold and demolished.


RIGHT: The Manager or Owner's suite was on the second floor, while housekeeping and maintenance areas were on the first.
