Vero Beach's single rooms were as authentic as the doubles and faced the parking lot in the building perpendicular to the Gate Lodge. Mr. Venditti's room featured original circa 1980s grass cloth or HJ wall vinyl.

LEFT: Note the in-the-wall Kleenex dispenser as well as the bottle opener attached to the counter!
