Now decked out
in the colors of Old Mexico, the former HoJo's yet represents
the American dream while flying Old Glory above the decapitated
cupola.
Heath remembers that
when it was a HoJo's that it was always packed, and even today
as "Los Toribia," a Mexican eatery, it maintains a
good following.

Though difficult to see in the
above photograph, the location still uses the original HJ Trapezoid
sign base--even the "planter" is still extant! Heath
also said that the current restaurant uses the old HoJo mat at
the front door. |
