Also called Prince George's City, the Restaurant at Silver Hill opened in about 1962. The small 50 unit adjacent Motor Lodge opened in 1964. By 2004 the Restaurant had become an IHOP and the Motor Lodge an Econo Lodge.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Phil Edwards on an earlier visit to the site discovered that the Motor Lodge was operating as the Budget Inn. He said that it looked to have been just renovated.
