My visit in 2004 revealed
that the place looked largely unchanged since Nate's 2002 visit.
What struck me the most was the excellent way in which the restaurant
had been sited. Placed where Rts. 2A and 2 meet, headed west
on Rt. 2, the motorist is greeted with an awesome view of the
Restaurant as he nears the junction of the two highways. The
Motor Lodge is not as easily seen, but with the Restaurant's
gleaming Orange Roof how could you not have stopped! |
