Rolla
was among the best of its kind and a classic property which
amazingly continued to featured many familiar HoJo's fixtures
and features as recently as the early 2000s. Alas as a lowly
Best Value Inn its future was not to be long. |

Still
waving the Howard Johnson flag in 2003 when Scott Sargent spent
the night, Rolla was no longer the pristine HoJo it had once been.
Nonetheless it contained many reminders of its past greatness.
