Middletown's guest buildings were all attached and featured interior corridors. Guests could remain within the comfort of the facility and enjoy meals, meetings, and refreshing dips in the heated indoor swimming pool. The guest buildings themselves retained their exterior attractiveness and original integrity until at least the later 2000s. Note that the design was extraordinarily modern and featured minimalist but functional balconies and patios.

Above & Lower: Meeting rooms were just off of the lobby and could have been served by the restaurant.

Below: Although the stairwells in the guest buildings were typically functional, one near the center of the property featured an unusual design with "Brady Bunch" stairs and a decorative rock garden--it was an unexpected highlight of the Motor Lodge!

Above: Since the property was built on a hillside, guest room connectors were unusually sloped and featured windows along the way which provided a view of the large boulders decoratively arranged adjacent to the site's parking/courtyard area.
