The Geneva complex
opened for business in 1961 and remained listed as a Motor Lodge
until 1987. After that it was apparently an on again, off again
Howard Johnson. Most recently it was relisted in the 1994 directory
and has remained branded as a Howard Johnson Express Inn (2005).
It and Cincinnati-East are the only two authentic Motor Lodges
in Ohio to still fly the HJ flag (2005). |
