By 2000, the location
had become difficult to get to from I-95, and was not far from
a somewhat blighted area. Still unmutilated the Motor Lodge had
become unaffiliated with any chain as the Airport Inn (or something),
but the Restaurant had been made into a "diner" with
its decapitated tower/cupola outlined in neon. |
