By Phil Edwards' visits to the site, its Restaurant was operating as Carolyn's Place and offered family fare. Phil said that much of the interior was intact from its last days as a Howard Johnson's. He noted that Landmark Supply era booths and tables were still in use, and incredibly that the Dairy Bar was behind a partition in an area being used as an office. Furthermore the complex's lounge served for a stint as the Canyon Club.
