Guest rooms at Fredericksburg were far larger than ordinary motel/hotel offerings, and were in remarkably good condition considering that they had last been remodeled during the end of HoJo's reign as "Host of the Highways" back in the 1980s!

Note that while the privacy screen had been removed, the rooms continued to feature their second lavatories. Also the fixtures and furnishings were among the last standardized patterns offered by Landmark Supply. Best part of the rooms was the circa 1985 grass cloth wall paper.

When Fredericksburg's guest rooms were overhauled in the 1980s, they lost their original Pamper Panels. However new ones were installed.
