| The
restaurant became a local landmark and an important part of the
community -- it was a place where social and service clubs and
other community organizations gathered and held meetings or just
a great place for people to eat, get together, talk, and enjoy
life. Bruce R. Spaulding sold the complex to Fred and Nancy Litcoff
in 1990 who operated it until 2001.
