A Future Past
A sad scene greeted Heath Gross as he drove up the hill to check on the Orange Roofed place he fondly recalled from his childhood. Defiantly standing, the still solid looking guest buildings had been stripped.

Left: Framed by the frameless door, I-40 meanders westward into the hills. No longer can motorists stop and be refreshed at Nashville-West's lofty HoJo's.
